  • $75/hr

    Hourly rental of our private ranch for photography sessions, content creation, engagements, branding shoots, and other creative projects.

    J Brooks Stables is a peaceful, working horse ranch located just outside historic Covington, Georgia. Surrounded by open pastures, natural scenery, and a quiet countryside setting, the property offers a rustic yet refined backdrop for photography, small creative projects, and intimate gatherings.

    Guests will have access to open pasture areas and the stables, offering a natural and rustic backdrop with a variety of scenic settings in one location. The property is well-suited for both styled shoots and simple natural-light photography.

    On-site supervision is included during all rentals to ensure guests remain within designated areas and to help provide a smooth and safe experience throughout the session.

  • $150 add-on flat fee

    Add a horse to your photography session for a unique, equestrian-inspired experience on the ranch.

    This add-on includes up to 70 minutes of supervised horse access during your booked photo rental time. The horse will be handled by its owner and will remain on the ground at all times (no riding included).

    This experience is perfect for engagement sessions, bridal portraits, senior photos, branding shoots, and creative content. Guests will have the opportunity to capture a variety of poses and moments with the horse in designated areas of the ranch.

    Please note: this is a controlled, supervised experience to ensure the safety of guests, animals, and handlers at all times.

  • $100 flat fee

    Because all sessions and events take place in an outdoor ranch setting, a portable restroom will be provided on-site for the duration of your booking to offer added comfort and convenience.

    This is recommended for longer rentals, larger groups, or shoots that involve wardrobe changes or extended time on the property.

    • Arena Area: A spacious and versatile covered area that provides a rustic backdrop

      perfect for couples who want to bring their own vision to life while enjoying the natural beauty of our stables. You’ll have access to the venue for a set time and can personalize the space with your own decorations to make your special day uniquely yours.

    Note: This package includes venue access only; additional services such as seating or décor can be arranged separately or as add-ons.
